Overall GVA team was very professional. My garage door was Wayne Dalton Torque master (Internal Spring) and Ross suggested to change it to Torsion spring system. He was good at his job and finished within 1.30 hour.
I would recommend GVA and Ross to anyone having issues with Garage Door.

Torsion spring broke on our garage door. Customer service rep who initially took my call and Ross were very professional. Ross called me back and gave a window of time of when he would be available and then called about 10 min before he arrived within the window of time given to say that he was on his way. Garage door works great after the broken spring was replaced , the 2 vertical cables that fell off were put back into their places and the chain was greased. Ross completed the repair in a very efficient manner. Will definitely call GVA Garage Doors again

I am very happy with the service I got from Ross. I was fixing my garage door by myself, already replaced the motor with a new one until I figured out that the tension spring was the problem. I was hesitant to do it on my own due to lack of tools and experience so I did my research online and found GVA. I am looking for someone who can be trusted and will not rip me off. I thank god I found what I looked for. Kudos to GVA!
